About AXIA Tools

AXIA Tools is a collection of property, mapping and valuation tools developed within AXIA Chartered Surveyors.

The platform brings together property data, mapping, valuation methodology and analytics with the aim of making property information easier to access, analyse and use.

How the tools are developed

The tools, applications and prototypes available through AXIA Tools are primarily designed and developed by Trifonas Mamas, MRICS, drawing on AXIA's valuation experience, property data and feedback from the wider team.

This includes AXIA Tools, the Cyprus Property Map and AXIA's Automated Valuation Model (AVM).

Trifonas has over 15 years of experience in property valuation, real estate consultancy and investment advisory in Cyprus.

He is Co-Founder of AXIA Chartered Surveyors and Founder & CEO of AXIA Real Estate. He is currently completing an MSc in Data Analytics, with a particular interest in applying property data, analytics and technology to valuation and real estate decision-making.
